We travelled with young kids and stayed in interconnecting rooms for families. The hotel is a short walk to the lake in Old Quarters and an easy stroll down to the Museum of History and the Opera House. The rooms were very clean with all amenities.
What makes this place stand out is the staff which is amazingly friendly. Always smiling and ready to help. They helped us book a trip to Halong Bay and got us a great deal (much better than whatever we saw on various websites and by directly reaching out to some of the operators) with two way transfer included.
The breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety and an added option to order anything that you wanted! On our last day, the staff offered to and arranged for the entire breakfast spread to be available at 6 am (it usually starts at 6:30 am) as we had a bus to catch early morning.
